    Dear Customers;

    All vehicles entering the terminal will require all accompanying documentation at the time of delivery. No cars will be allowed to be left overnight in the yard without the proper paperwork.

    A TWIC card is NOT required for delivery.

    Documentation Requirements:

    * 3 copies of the dock receipt

    * original title (and all supporting original documentation)

    VEHICLE DELIVERY/TITLE PROCESSING PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS

      • Certificate of Title and all supporting original Vehicle documents
      • Dock Receipt
    • Group 2
      • Copy of Vehicle Title (Front and Back)
      • Copy of Dock Receipt
    • Group 3
      • Copy of Vehicle Title (Front and Back)
      • Copy of Dock Receipt

    DO NOT STAPLE 1 GROUP TO GROUP 2.

    • Group 4
      • If your transporter requires a copy of the DOCK RECEIPT for their records, make sure to add one DOCK RECEIPT for
        each individual vehicle and group them together.

    IMPORTANT

    1. Vehicles must be de delivered with titles and dock receipt. Deliveries without titles and dock receipt will be rejected.
    2. Dock Receipt must state booking number, vessel/voyage number, year, make, model, dimensions/Cubic Feet and
      weight/Kilograms of each vehicle by VIN number. AES must be filed and ITN numbers recorded on Dock Receipt. This is
      required by Customs for all vehicles even with values less than $2500.00.

    Drivers please use the following guidelines for deliveries:

    1.     Do not arrive before Gates open at 7:30am.
    2.     Truck drivers must have valid driver’s license to enter terminal (No Exceptions).
    3.     Do not drop vehicles outside of receiving yard. All vehicles dropped outside of gate are subject to tow and impound by the state of Maryland.
    4.     No Overnight parking on Fort Ave. or Wallace St. (Use truck stop listed below)
    5.     Please respect the National Park customers and surrounding community by not parking or staging on Fort Ave. or Wallace St. during non-receiving hours. 
      Please time your arrival with the receiving times above.

     

     Please use rest stop locations for overnight parking:

    1.     TA Baltimore (North of Tunnel): I-95, Exit 57 (O'Donnell St.)
    2.     TA Baltimore (South of Tunnel): I-95, Exit 41A (Rt. 175)

    **Required Documentation – Original title (if the title has a lien, the original lien release must be attached to the title unless the title has a lien release stamp), or notarized bill of sale for high heavy machines, 3 copies of the front and back of the title, and 3 copies of the dock receipt.
