Required Documentation for Export POV Drop Off:

All vehicles entering the Port will require all accompanying documentation to be prepared and grouped in the order to expedite vehicles to Customs and Border Patrol to be cleared and stamped on time.

Jacksonville Auto Terminal

Delivery Instructions

Dear Customers:

Vehicle Processing Paperwork Requirements:

  • Certificate of Title and all supporting original Vehicle documents
  • 2 Copies frond and back of title
  • 5 copies of the dock receipts

Important:

  • Vehicles must be de delivered with titles and dock receipt. Deliveries without titles and dock receipt will be rejected, unless authorized by Horizon Terminals.
  • Dock Receipt must state booking number, vessel/voyage number, year, make, model, dimensions (Cubic Feet) and weight (Kilograms) of each vehicle by VIN number. AES must be filed and ITN number recorded on Dock Receipt..

NORAD

Delivery Instructions

Dear Customers:

All vehicles entering the Port will require all accompanying documentation to be prepared and grouped in the order to expedite vehicles to Customs and Border Patrol to be cleared and stamped on time.

Vehicle Processing Paperwork Requirements:

  • Certificate of Title and all supporting original Vehicle documents
  • 2 Copies frond and back of title
  • 5 copies of the dock receipts

Customs paperwork:

  • Original plus 5 copies front and back of the Title and / or bill of sale
  • 4 copies of completed dock receipt, including VIN, POD, AES / ITN Number, weight, value, booking number, and Vessel w/ Voyage number.

Receiving Criteria for all vehicles:

  • Must have a key
  • No fluids leaking from the vehicles
  • No household goods or trash.
  • Must be clean with no mud or other contaminants.
  • Any broken windows must be covered to prevent water ingress.

Receiving Criteria for Runners (cars / SUVs):

  • Must have a functioning driver’s seat door, seatbelt, a complete windshield, be steerable, and have brakes; with no broken glass, bodily fluids, sharp metal, hanging exploded airbags, or anything that could harm the driver or hinder the safe ability to drive the vehicle.
  • Nothing in vehicle other than the spare and the jack.
  • About ¼ tank of fuel

Receiving Criteria for NON – Runners (cars / SUVs):

  • Must have a key.
  • Nothing in vehicle other than the spare and the jack.
  • Less than ¼ tank of fuel

Receiving Criteria for Trucks:

  • Must a functioning driver’s seat door, seatbelt, a complete windshield, be steerable, and have brakes; with no broken glass, bodily fluids, sharp metal, hanging exploded airbags, or anything that could harm the driver or hinder the safe ability to drive the vehicle.
  • Should be in good running order.
  • Nothing in or on the truck other than well secured vehicle specific spare parts
  • Not much less than ¼ tank of fuel

Philadelphia Auto Terminal

Delivery Instructions

Limitations:

  • Running vehicles and towable units only (No fork lift units allowed) (auto must have wheels and driver must unload truck. We do not have the means to unload autos from a truck.)
  • No towable high and heavy units accepted
  • No leaking fluids
  • No heavily damaged vehicles; accidental
  • no jagged metals, broken glass, or leaking fluids
  • driver side door must open and close without issues (runners)
  • broken windows must be covered with appropriate plastic wrap
  • no signs of water damage (flooded or submerged)
  • must have a key
  • must be drivable, steerable, and have working brake
  • Autos cannot overheat if booked as a runner
  • cargo cannot have any unmanifested cargo (only spare tire and jack)
  • cargo cannot have any obvious signs of potential fire hazards
  • self-propelled cargo must have a minimum 1/ 4 tank of fuel (gasoline or diesel)
  • cargo must be clean with no evidence of mud or other organic material
  • self-propelled cargo cannot be piggy backed
  • box trailers must be unlocked and empty. Under no circumstances is contraband acceptable
  • tank truck(s) or tanker(s) must offer a “gas free certificate” clearly stating that the tank no longer
  • contains hazardous material and is safe for export

Paper Work Requirements for Exports:

  • 3 copies of dock receipt (Page 1)
  • Original title and 1 copy of title (front & back) (Page 2)
  • Lien-release, bill of sale, and original supporting papers plus 1 copy (if applicable)

Baltimore, SLP Port

Delivery Instructions

Delivery Guidelines For Drivers:

  • Do not arrive before Gates open at 7:30am.
  • Truck drivers must have valid driver’s license to enter terminal (No Exceptions).
  • Do not drop vehicles outside of receiving yard. All vehicles dropped outside of gate are subject to tow and impound by the state of Maryland.
  • No Overnight parking on Fort Ave. or Wallace St. (Use truck stop listed below)
  • Please respect the National Park customers and surrounding community by not parking or staging on Fort Ave. or Wallace St. during non-receiving hours.
  • Please time your arrival with the receiving times above.

Overnight Parking:

Please use rest stop locations for overnight parking:

  • TA Baltimore (North of Tunnel): I-95, Exit 57 (O'Donnell St.)
  • TA Baltimore (South of Tunnel): I-95, Exit 41A (Rt. 175)

*Required Documentation – Original title (if the title has a lien, the original lien release must be attached to the title unless the title has a lien release stamp), or notarized bill of sale for high heavy machines, 3 copies of the front and back of the title, and 3 copies of the dock receipt.

AMPORTS

Delivery Instructions

For POV’s:

  • POV deliveries must first report to security at Gate #1, they will then proceed to the security window located at the trailer. (DO NOT UNLOAD CARGO)
  • Upon completion of all documents receiving process, the driver will then be advised to enter Gate #2. At this point the driver will provide a photo ID and company information.
  • 6 copies of the dock receipt and 6 copies of title ( front and back) , plus original title and any liens releases
  • ALL POVS DELIVERED FOR EXPORT MUST BE IN OPERABLE CONDITION and MUST HAVE A KEY
  • Drivers will then be directed to the POV receiving area where they will be instructed in which lanes to place their cargo.
  • Drivers are responsible for unloading their cargo to its respective place.
  • Upon completion of the POV receiving process the driver will receive a stamped dock receipt for each vehicle being delivered.
  • All drivers must have stamped dock receipts for the cargo delivered in order to exit the terminal.
  • Drivers are fully responsible for any damages incurred by themselves, i.e. oil leaks, accidents, faulty equipment.
  • Upon completion of loading/unloading all drivers must exit the terminal
  • NO CARGO WILL BE LEFT OUTSIDE TERMINAL -VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED
  • MUST HAVE CLEAN TITLES OR CARGO WILL NOT BE DELIVERED

Dear Customers:

All vehicles entering the terminal will require all accompanying documentation at the time of delivery. No cars will be allowed to be left overnight in the yard without the proper paperwork.

*A TWIC card is NOT required for delivery.

Boston Auto Port

Delivery Instructions

All vehicles entering the Port will require all accompanying documentation to be prepared and grouped in the order to expedite vehicles to Customs and Border Patrol to be cleared and stamped on time.

Vehicle Processing Paperwork Requirements:

  • Group 1:
    • Certificate of Title and all supporting original Vehicle documents
    • Dock Receipt
  • Group 2:
    • Copy of Vehicle Title (Front and Back)
    • Copy of Dock Receipt
  • Group 3:
    • Copy of Vehicle Title (Front and Back)
    • Copy of Dock Receipt
  • Group 4:
    • If your transporter requires a copy of the DOCK RECEIPT for their records, make sure to add one DOCK RECEIPT for each individual vehicle and group them together.

Important:

  • Vehicles must be de delivered with titles and dock receipt. Deliveries without titles and dock receipt will be rejected.
  • Dock Receipt must state booking number, vessel/voyage number, year, make, model, dimensions/Cubic Feet and weight/Kilograms of each vehicle by VIN number.
